Trigger
Za Trigger, klupsku večer u Tvornici kulture u Zagrebu započetu u studenom 2011. godine, izrađen je logotip i serija plakata. Logotip je kreiran s namjerom da se izbjegnu svi dosadašnji klišeji i asocijacije s glazbom i nightclubbingom.
Glavni konstruktivni element ovog logotipa produkt je igre razlaganja glifa “T” na osnovne geometrijske forme postavljene u međuodnos putem matematičkih relacija.
Želja je da se “ab ovo” stvori brand koji komunicira modernu i suvremenu poruku istoj takvoj ciljanoj publici.
Takva je bila i misao vodilja kod konceptualnog stvaranja plakata: minimalistički pristup sa čistom tipografijom. Futura je tu kao posveta Barbari Kruger, a Akzidenz-Grotesk i Times kao posveta osnovama.
DvasaDva was commissioned to do a logotype development and poster series for a new club evening Trigger, in Tvornica Kulture, Zagreb. Logotype that avoids classic clichés and associations with music, nightclubbing and pretty much anything that goes with those two has been created and Trigger kick started in November, 2011.
Decomposition of a glyph “T” into geometry forms was primary approach to logo development. That was done by putting those basic shapes into relationship via mathematical ratios.
The goal here was to produce the brand “ab ovo” and to transmit modern and contemporary message to the audience alike.
Similar aesthetic principles and ideas were carried out on poster production: minimalistic approach and clear typography. Typeface Futura serves here as a homage to Mrs. Kruger. Akzidenz-Grotesk and Times do their homage to the fundamentals.
